Shipping & Returns
1.1 We understand that on occasion you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this policy to enable you to return products to us in the appropriate circumstances.
1.3 This policy applies to all of our customers, irrespective of their geographical location.
1.4 This policy applies to all orders however submitted.
1.5 This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
2.1 We will arrange for the products you have purchased to be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process.
2.2 We will strive to deliver your products on or before the date of delivery set out in the order confirmation or, if no date is set out in the order confirmation, within 3 working days for UK orders and 7 working days for international orders, following the date of the order confirmation; however, we cannot guarantee delivery by this date.
2.3 We do guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within 3 days following receipt of payment and the date of the order confirmation.
2.4 We offer free next day delivery to the UK. Orders before 1500 Monday-Friday, will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders after 1500 will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day.
2.5 As well as the UK (inc the Channel Islands) & US we currently also ship to the rest of the EU, except: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Belarus, France, Finland, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Portugal, and Slovakia. If you would like to purchase from outside of the UK, US or EU please contact us via the live chat function on the website to check we can ship to your country.
Due to the changing regulation ensure you check your country or territories laws & customs requirements before ordering.
3.1 You will be entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund in accordance with this policy if:
(a) The returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and the entire product including its packaging otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
(b)We must receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of our dispatch of the product to you.
(c) You comply with the procedure set out in this policy in relation to the return of the product; and
(d) None of the exclusions set out in this policy apply.
4. Returns procedure
4.1 In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must contact us to obtain a return authorisation number and then send the product to us with a covering note quoting that number.
4.2 Products returned under this policy must be sent by Royal Mail Signed For, tracked, or equivalent delivery method, to postal address:
5.1 We will issue a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy.
5.2 Our returns department will check and process all returns/exchanges to ensure they meet the requirements set out in this policy.
5.3 We will refund to you the original delivery charges and charges relating to the returned product if in the extremely unlikely event the product was faulty and you meet the requirement set out in this policy.
5.4 We will not be responsible for or refund delivery charges for returns or exchanges due to you changing your mind.
5.5 We will refund any payment to you by the original method of payment. You are responsible for ensuring the original payment method is still operational.
5.6 We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days following the day we receive your returned product.
6.1 We will exchange any product return to us if it is in accordance with this policy.
6.2 We will be responsible for any return costs in the unlikely event that a product or products are faulty or the wrong products were delivered at our liability.
6.3 You will be responsible for the delivery costs if the return is due to a change of heart.
