Full-spectrum CBD oils are a variety of CBD product that includes several other compounds from the cannabis plant.

Overall it helps my insomnia, heart palpitations & anxiety
I suffered with severe PMS/PMDD and Endometriosis. I wanted to give CBD oil a go as I had nothing to lose at that time. I had severe heart palpitations, extreme mood swing, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue around my ovulation time and 1 week before my period. Also I had bad pelvic pain, lower back pain, ovary pain as a result of endo. 1st time I bought the broad spectrum product started off taking 1drop and gradually increased up to3drops 2times a day.
