This service is free of charge to the UK on all orders. Currently, delivery is on average between 3-5 working days. This is not a tracked service and a safe place can be designated.

• Special Delivery Guaranteed by 4 PM -  £4.79

This service is next-working-day, tracked and signed for. As this is a "signed for" service the courier will not leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. If you miss the delivery you can collect or re-arrange delivery at a time of your choosing. Your tracking number will be included in your confirmation email when your order is dispatched.

Returns

You are entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund or exchange in accordance with our Returns Policy if:

• The returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and the entire product including its packaging otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

• We must receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of our dispatch of the product to you.
